500 gr flour 1 gr nutmeg 230 gr butter 350 ml milk 200 gr sugar 1 gr mace
Instructions
Sift together flour and nutmeg. Add butter and mix until mixture is mealy. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Knead into a smooth dough. Roll thin and cut into small round shapes. Bake at 230ºC until light brown. ----
