Tea Cakes

Ingredients

6 eggs
800 gr sugar
18 gr vanilla extract
350 ml buttermilk
5 gr baking soda
1,000 gr self rising flour

Instructions

Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add baking soda to buttermilk and flour. Add other ingredients. Form into large soft ball and roll 0 cm thick. Cut with floured cutter. Bake until light brown. ----
