Teriyaki Steak/cp

Ingredients

525 gr round steak
2 gr ginger
14 gr sugar
30 ml oil
120 ml soy sauce
1 clove garlic
3 scallions
1 package chinese vegetables

Instructions

Cut the steak into 0 cm thick slices. Combine the sauce ingredients and scallions in a small bowl. Place the meat in the crockpot and pour sauce over it all. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. About 15 min before serving, add chinese vegetables if desired. Serve with rice.
