Texas Breakfast Tacos
Ingredients
260 gr chorizo sausage
120 gr onion
1 green bell pepper
40 gr margarine
12 eggs
10 flour tortillas
90 gr cheese
8 in diameter
10 skillet over heat
1 tbls of margarine in a skillet over heat until
34 gr sausage mixture onto of the tortillas
60 gr eggs
2 tbls of the cheese mixture
5 assembled tacos in ungreased jelly roll
Instructions
about 10 to dozen minutes. Repeat with the remaining tacos. Serve with the guacamole and salsa.
