Texas Brownie Cake

Ingredients

250 gr flour
400 gr sugar
5 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
120 ml milk
2 margarine
1/2 crisco
40 gr cocoa powder
120 ml water
1 eggs
8 gr vanilla
90 ml milk
1 package powdered sugar

Recipe by: -KIM ROMERO KKPX21B Preheat oven to 375 or 400 degrees Cooking time: 30 minutes Sift flour, soda and salt. Add to sugar. Combine margarine,, cocoa, Crisco and water in saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Pour over flour, sugar mixture while hot and beat well. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into a large cookie sheet (11x17 inch). Batter will be thin. Bake at 200ºC or 15-20 minutes. **** I like to use an oblong cake pan greased and bake it at 190ºC or 30 minutes. After cooled, Combine 1 stick of margarine, cocoa and milk in sauce pan bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and beat well. Pour over top of cake and top with chopped pecans. ----
