Texas Lava Chili

Ingredients

1,800 gr sirloin roast
2 venison
475 ml lone star beer
1/2 coca-cola
5 garlic
475 ml tomato sauce
240 ml sour mash whiskey
140 gr green bell pepper
140 gr bell pepper
6 ancho peppers
6 green jalapenos peppers seeded
6 gr salt
30 ml tabasco sauce
400 gr tomato paste
5 gr cayenne flakes
2 gr all spice
24 gr cumin
18 gr cilantro
30 ml peanut oil

Instructions

Cut meat into 1 cm cubes. Put peanut oil into a large, cast iron pot, heat on Med. High, add onions, garlic, meat cubes, and 1 T of cumin. Cook until meat is browned. Add tomato sauce, beer, whiskey, Coca-Cola, peppers, spices <hold out 1 T cumin>, and cook on Low Heat for 45 minutes, covered, stirring often. Uncover and cook for 20 minutes more.
