Texas Red Chili

Ingredients

1,400 gr beef round steak
120 gr onion
4 garlic
60 ml vegetable oil
300 gr tomato puree
2 gr cumin seed
2 gr coriander
4 anaheim chiles
4 jalapeno chiles
1 cheddar cheese
1 flour tortillas
1 pinto beans

Instructions

* Round Steak should be cut into 3 cm cubes. ** Peppers should be seeded and chopped. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------Cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in 4 litre Dutch oven until beef is brown. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese, tortillas and beans. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until beef is tender, about 2 hours. Serve with cheese, tortillas, and beans.
