Thai Fried Noodles

Ingredients

1/8 wide
230 gr flat rice noodles
180 ml fish sauce
90 ml soy sauce
20 ml rice wine vinegar
26 gr sugar
9 gr high-quality paprika
60 ml catsup
120 ml vegetable oil
130 gr pork
6 gr chili
1 chile
4 eggs
120 gr sized shrimp
10 bean sprouts
3 slices green onions
65 gr dry peanuts
32 gr cilantro shrimp cilantro sprigs lemon
6 lengths
110 gr secon push the noodles to one side
50 gr peanuts

Instructions

Sprinkle with the chopped cilantro, remaining quarter cup peanuts, and dried shrimp. Garnish with the remaining bean sprouts, cilantro sprigs, and lemon or lime wedges, and serve immediately. Diners squeeze lemon or lime juice to taste. Serves 8 as a pasta course, or 4 as a main course
