Thai Soup For Marty

Ingredients

210 gr cubed chicken breast
1/2 chinese straw mushroom
1,200 ml water
1 stalk of lemon grass in
1 dry galanga
1 green onion
1 pcs
1 tomato up
3 coriander leaves u
1 green chili pepper
10 ml lemon juice
1 gr cayenne pepper
8 mint leaves

Instructions

Directions: In a med sauce pan, cook chicken in boiling water for 10 minutes. Add lemon grass and galanga and cook 7-8 minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT for the mint leaves and lemon juice, and simmer on low heat about 1520 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Sprinkle with mints. Serve hot with rice.
