260 gr carrots 450 gr brown sugar 350 ml oil 130 gr pineapple 4 gr vanilla 5 eggs 140 gr nuts 250 gr flour 7 gr cinnamon 12 ml soda 3 gr salt
Instructions
Mix first 7 ingredients together. Add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Bake 180ÂșC or 25 to 30 minutes. Done when toothpick in center comes out clean or top springs back.
