Three-cheese Manicotti

Ingredients

230 ml tomato sauce
1 spaghetti sauce
220 gr mozzarella cheese
240 ml cream-style cottage cheese
40 gr parmesan cheese
2 eggs
7 gr snipped parsley
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
8 manicotti shells

Instructions

And drained Blend tomato sauce, spaghetti sauce mix, and 1.5 cup water. Simmer, uncovered for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, combine 1 cup mozzarella, cottage cheese, and Parmesan. Add eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper; mix lightly. Stuff manicotti shells with cheese mixture, using about quarter cup for each. Pour half cup of sauce mixture in to dozen x 7.5 x 5 cm baking dish. Arrange manicotti in dish; pour remaining sauce atop. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake uncovered at 350 until bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
