Three-way Cheese Ball

Ingredients

230 ml cream cheese
450 gr cheddar cheese
30 ml milk
16 gr onion
30 ml worcestershire sauce
120 gr crumbled blue cheese
2 gr garlic powder
7 gr snipped parsley
18 gr pecans
5 gr cracked black pepper

Instructions

the garlic powder. Shape each portion into a ball; chill 30 minutes till slightly firm. Roll the blue cheese ball in snipped parsley. Roll the garlic cheese ball in the chopped pecans. Roll the plain cheese ball in black pepper. Chill at least 1 hour more till cheese balls are firm. Serve with crisp crackers. Makes 3 cheese balls.
