2.25 c unbleached flour quarter c sugar 0.75 t baking soda quarter t salt 1 large egg 0.75 c buttermilk quarter c vegetable oil 1 c cranberry half c sugar
Sift together flour, quarter cup sugar, baking soda and salt into bowl. Combine egg, butter/sour milk and oil in small bowl; blend well. Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just enough to moisten. Combine cranberries and half cup sugar; stir into batter. Spoon batter into greased 6 cm muffin-pan cups, filling 0.66666666666667rds full. Bake in 200ÂșC . oven 20 minutes or until golden brow. Serve hot with butter and homemade jelly or jam.
