T.m.'s Gingerbread Cookies
Ingredients
375 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
3 gr ginger
1 gr nutmeg
110 gr margarine
110 gr brown sugar
1 egg
120 ml molasses
1 recipe by jo anne merrill
4 parts
1/4 thickness
1/2 around to out cookies
375 degree oven
Instructions
browned. Do not overcook. Remove cookies to wire rack to cool. Continue with rest of cookie dough in same manner, greasing cookie sheet each time. ----
