Toasted Pecan

Ingredients

325 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
220 gr dark brown sugar
100 gr sugar
130 gr butter
2 eggs
9 gr pure vanilla extract
475 gr semisweet chocolate chips
100 gr pecans

Instructions

Recipe by: DESSERT SHOW #DS3008 Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour, soda,=20 and salt with a wire whisk and set aside. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, blend brown sugar and white sugar. Add butter and mix to form grainy paste, scrape down sides of the bowl. Add=20 eggs and vanilla extract and mix until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture and chocolate chips and blend at low speed until just mixed. Do not overmix. Stir in pecans. Scoop with rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet, 5 cm apart. Bake 22-24 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer cookies immediately to a cool surface. ----
