45 gr black olives 85 gr mushrooms 100 gr celery 230 gr tomatoes 2 bell pepper 2 slices green onions 375 gr tofu 1 garlic clove 3 gr oregano 30 ml balsamic vinegar 60 ml olive oil
Instructions
Salt & pepper, to taste Combine the vegetables & tofu in a large mixing or salad bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients & mix gently to combine. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. Check the seasoning before serving.
