Tofu & Rice With Vegetables

Ingredients

1 slice onion
1/2 slices green pepper thinly
80 gr mushrooms
30 gr spinach torn bite sized
1 mung bean sprouts
1 block firm tofu
32 gr sesame seeds
2 low-sodium tamari
475 gr brown rice
60 ml water

Instructions

Min. To Wilt Spinach. 4. Mix in 4 C. Cooked Brown Rice. Heat Through and Serve Hot.
