120 ml water 9 gr tapioca 240 gr tofu 30 gr cashews 3 pimento 45 ml lemon juice 1 gr dill weed 1 gr onion powder 2 gr salt
Instructions
Blend all ingredients till smooth. Bring to a boil & simmer gently, stirring, for 5 to 10 minutes or until the toapioca is clear. Chill. Use as a dip or as a spread on bread or crackers.
