Tollhouse Squares

Ingredients

26 gr sugar
28 gr brown sugar
2 gr vanilla extract
120 ml water
1 egg
130 gr flour
5 gr flour
2 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
65 gr nuts
160 gr chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190ºC . Beat butter, sugars, vanilla & water till creamy. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Spread batter in 20 cm square pan. Sprinkle with chocolate. Bake in 190ºC oven for 1 minute. Remove pan. Run knife through top for marbled effect, bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till cake tested inserted inside comes out clean.
