Tom Yum Gai

Ingredients

8 gr black peppercorns
3 garlic
30 ml lemon juice
6 gr salt
190 gr coriander
6 chicken drumsticks
3 gr garlic
1,400 ml good chicken stock -kaffir lime leaves
90 gr onions
2 stems lemon grass
8 gr sugar
30 ml lime juice
4 chillies
6 gr pepper
2 note
3 galangal
30 ml fish sauce
