Tomaot & Hot Green Pepper Salad, Essaouira Style
Ingredients
4 tomatoes
4 green bell peppers
1 cucumber
8 gr chili peppers
1 lemon jiuice
45 ml olive oil
3 gr parsley
1 gr cumin
2 garlic
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl & blend gently. Refrigerate one hour before serving.
