2 onions 2 garlic 5 ml olive oil 650 gr tomatoes 140 gr sweet peppers 26 gr celery 18 gr green chilies 2 stock 3 gr dill 18 gr cilantro 1 gr cayenne 1 gr cumin
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except dill, cilantro, cumin, cayenne & salt. Bring to a boil & simmer for 25 minutes. Let cool slightly, then puree. Stir in remaining ingredients with some salt & pepper. Serve warmed or chilled. Nava Atlas, "Vegetariana"
