Tomato Lace Quiche

Ingredients

240 gr rice
1 egg
16 gr parmesan cheese
30 gr green onion
5 gr butter
3 eggs
240 ml evaporated skim milk
60 gr low-fat cottage cheese
3 gr italian mixed herbs
1 gr oregano
1 gr salt
1 gr coarsely pepper
1 from hea stir in tomato
