Tomato-rosemary Salad

Ingredients

3 tomatoes
1 onion
2 gr rosemary
7 gr parsley
1 salt
1 oil
1 vinegar

Instructions

Cut tomatoes into 1 cm dice. Chop red onion into 1 cm pieces. Combine tomatoes, onion, rosemary, parsley and salt to taste. Toss with vinaigrette dressing composed of 3 parts olive oil and 1 part Balsamic vinegar.
