Topped Apple Cake

Ingredients

300 gr sugar
110 gr brown sugar
190 gr shortening
2 eggs
325 gr flour
5 gr baking powder
3 gr salt
6 gr cinnamon
5 gr baking soda
240 ml sour milk
190 gr apples
36 gr nuts

together. Beat in eggs, mixing well. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and baking soda. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour milk to creamed mixture. Fold in apples. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking pan. Topping: Stir together nuts, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over cake. Bake at 180ÂșC or 45 to 50 minutes.
