120 ml dry wine

2 gr orange peel
100 gr sugar
450 gr all purpose flour
8 gr cinnamon
32 gr blanched
15 equal
3 in diameter
2 on an ungreased baking shee press
8 almond gently but firmly the top of cookie
3 weeks in a covered
