Tortellini/white Sauce Jo Anne Pollak Xwdb50b

Ingredients

45 gr butter
240 ml cream
85 gr mushrooms
32 gr romano cheese
85 gr prosciutto
230 gr spinach tortellini
2 garlic
230 gr cheese tortellini
1 parsley

Instructions

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic and prosciutto. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add peas, cream and cheese. Cook until sauce thickens. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain. Add tortellini to sauce. Toss until well coated. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
