Tortellini Soup

Ingredients

16 ml olive oil
30 gr onion
85 gr mushrooms
1 garlic clove
400 ml chicken broth
475 ml water
130 gr cheese tortellini
200 gr peas
3 gr parsley

Instructions

In a large saucepan or Dutch oven heat oil. Add onion, mushrooms and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Add chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil. Add tortellini and peas. Return to a boil and cook for 6 to dozen minutes or until tortellini is tender. Stir in parsley. Makes 8 servings. Tops Grocery Store Advertising booklet.
