Tracey's Mushroom/tofu Lasagne
Ingredients
900 ml spaghetti sauce
110 gr lasagne noodles
400 gr block of soft tofu
230 gr cottage cheese
230 gr ricotta cheese
230 gr mozerella cheese
230 gr provolone cheese
18 gr parmesan cheese
80 gr mushrooms thickly
50 ml spaghetti sauce in
4 lasagne noodles
3/8 sauce is used up
3/8 slices mushrooms
3/8 cottage cheese mixture
3/8 mozerella
Instructions
