Ingredients

190 gr wheat flour
95 gr all purpose flour
110 gr brown sugar
32 gr wheat germ
5 gr baking powder
3 gr cinnamon
2 eggs
90 gr egg substitute
75 gr margarine
60 ml honey
60 ml molasses
6 gr orange peel
4 gr vanilla
240 ml orange juice
150 gr calif
120 gr golden raisins
60 gr walnuts

Instructions

Combine flours, sugar, wheat germ, baking powder and cinnamon. In smaller bowl, blend eggs, margarine, honey, molasses, orange peel, vanilla and orange juice with wire whip. Add liquid to dry ingredients, whip until smooth. Add figs, raisins, and walnuts. Spread in a greased 9 x 33 cm baking pan. Bake in a 150ÂșC . oven 35 minutes, until it tests done.
