Tropical Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
100 gr sugar
110 gr brown sugar
95 gr shortening
1 egg
250 gr pineapple
1 1/2 oatmeal
1 gr salt
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr nutmeg
65 gr nuts
130 gr flour
2 gr baking soda
Instructions
Mix all together well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 190ºC about 15 minutes. ----
