28 gr currants
240 ml milk
32 gr unsweetened chocolate
150 gr sugar
1 gr vanilla
55 gr butter
475 ml whipping cream
85 gr semisweet chocolate
9 egg yolks
4 deep baking
Instructions
comes out clean. Cool slightly. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
