Tuna, Lemon And Caper

Ingredients

1 package italian tuna in oil drain
45 ml exvirgin olive oil
18 gr capers
3 gr parsley
3 gr garlic
1 gr lemon peel
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
60 ml pasta cooking water
1 corkscrews

Instructions

Combine tuna, olive oil, capers, parsley, garlic, lemon peel, salt and pepper. Let stand 30 minutes. Add pasta water. Toss with cooked pasta.
