Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients

5 potatoes
1 egg
120 ml mayonnaise
16 ml lemon juice
3 turkey
200 gr celery
200 gr peas
110 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

Cook & mash potatoes, or used leftovers. Stir in egg. Spread in well oiled 23 cm pie pan. Bake at 190ÂșC or 10 minutes. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice; stir in turkey, celery, and peas. Spoon into potato crust. Top with cheese. Continue baking 15-20 minutes or until hot through.
