Turkey Tetrazinni

Ingredients

80 gr egg
300 ml cream of mushroom
120 ml milk
120 ml water
230 gr cheddar cheese
1 1/2 turkey
190 gr mixed peas
2 pimiento
150 gr seasoned bread crumbs
10 gr parmesan cheese
3 gr snipped parsley
2,800 ml saucepan

Instructions

sauce is hot. Stir in cooked noodles, turkey, peas, carrots and pimiento. Spoon mixture into greased 30 cm x 19 cm baking dish. Combine crumbs, parmesan cheese and parsley. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, in 375 degree oven 30 minutes or until hot.
