Ingredients
700 gr ricotta cheese
8 eggs
400 gr sugar
240 ml milk
2 oranges
2 lemons
2 5/8 grand mariner
14 gr clarified butter
28 gr bread crumbs
3/4 way with cheesecake mixture
1/2 full with water

let cool, and refrigerate. This moist, light, and fluffy cheesecake is truly ''la dolce vita''.
