Veal A La Madelon

Ingredients

some cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic
32 gr flour
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
16 ml vegetable oil
525 gr veal
240 ml boiling water
1 gr sage
240 ml cream
1 gr parsley
10 skillet
45 ml table-spoons oil on top of a conventional surface uni

Instructions

Stir occasionally. 10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
