Ingredients

300 gr firm silken tofu
450 gr pumpkin
100 gr fruit source
80 ml oil
10 ml molasses
4 gr vanilla extract
7 gr cinnamon
2 gr nutmeg
2 gr allspice
1 gr ginger
1 unbaked crust of your

Instructions

Choice Blend all ingredients, pour into pie shell and bake for 1 hour and 350 or till done. Note that this is even better, if more expensive, if you use two third cup maple syrup instead of the fruit source and reduce the oil to a scant quarter cup.
