Ingredients

130 gr am brown rice flour
32 gr am hulled sesame seeds
75 ml am unrefined sesame oil
30 gr am sesame tahini
180 ml water
1/2 onion
2 garlic
300 gr turnips
260 gr carrots
90 gr broccoli
55 gr am sesame tahini
10 ml cider vinegar
7 gr syrup
1 gr sea salt
16 ml tamari soy sauce
2 gr ginger
3 arrowroot powder
10 pie

Instructions

Mix arrowroot or cornstarch in cold water. Stir into 1- half cups more cold water or orange juice. Pour over vegetables. Lower heat. Stir and simmer until slightly thickened. Pour all over crust. Sprinkle with half cup chopped nuts. Bake at 190ÂșC . for 45 minutes or until set. Other vegetables may be substituted for those above, such as mushrooms, cauliflower, purple cabbage, celery, etc.
