Vegetable And Coconut Curry
Ingredients
14 gr butter
1/2 l onion
1 green chillis
1 garlic
5 gr ginger
1 gr turmeric
1 gr cardamom
1 gr cinnamon
240 ml coconut milk
1 slice lemon rind
70 gr green beans
1/2 green pepper
1/2 pepper
1/4 cauliflower
1 1/2 zucchini
62 1/2 squash
2 l potatoes
60 ml coconut cream
24 gr coriander leaves
1 in a based melt the butter over a low hea
2 coconut milk
3 coconut cream
Instructions
Serve on a large platter, garnished with fresh coriander leaves. Any combination of vegetables may be used for this korma-like curry.
