Vegetable Curry From Nepal

Ingredients

3 slices onions
3 garlic
2 gr coriander
3 gr turmeric
1 gr cumin
1 ml dry mustard
900 gr potatoes
1 ml peanut oil for flavor
400 gr broccoli
2 tomatoes
2 gr curry powder

Instructions

Cover and simmer until all veggies are tender. Serve over rice.
