Vegetable Jello

Ingredients

120 gr orange
180 ml boiling water
120 ml water
16 ml lemon juice
50 gr celery
95 gr carrot
65 gr cabbage

Instructions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Combine cold water and the ice cubes to make 1.25 cups. Add to gelatin with lemon juice, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Fold in vegetables. Spoon into individual dessert cups. Chill until set about 30 minutes. Additional Combinations: Along with the sliced celery try grated carrots and golden raisins; or chopped cucumber and chopped pimientos; or drained mandarin orange sections and chopped green pepper.
