Vegetable Marinade

Ingredients

1 package caulifrower
1 slice cucumber
1 tomato
80 ml vegetable oil
60 ml dry wine
10 ml lemon juice
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 gr garlic salt
160 gr lettuce

Instructions

Cook cauliflower as directed on package; drain and refrigerate until chilled. Place cauliflower, cucumber and tomato in bowl. Mix oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic salt; pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least dozen hours but no longer than 24 hours. Serve in lettuce cups.
