Vegetable Momos

Ingredients

26 gr ghee
7 gr ginger
4 gr garlic
60 gr onion
3 gr garam masala
2 gr chili
1 gr pepper
1 gr salt
16 ml soy sauce
425 gr mixed vegetables
240 gr tofu
1 filling momo wrapper

Instructions
