Vegetable Pasta For Crock

Ingredients

some garlic
9 gr butter
1 zucchini
1 squash
2 slices carrots thinly
130 gr mushrooms
1 pkg broccoli
4 slices green onions
1 gr basil
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
80 gr parmesan cheese
12 fettucine
250 gr mozzarella cheese
2 low-fat milk
2 egg yolks

Instructions

Rub crock wall with butter. Put zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, onions, garlic, seasonings and parmesan in the crock-pot. Cover; cook on High 2 hours.

Cook fettucine according to package directions; drain. Add cooked fettucine, mozzarella, cream and egg yolks. Stir to blend well. Allow to heat for 15 to 30 minutes. For serving turn to Low for up to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
