Ingredients

55 gr currants
80 gr raisins
4 sultanas
36 gr cooking dates
24 gr candied peel
2 glace cherries
30 gr flaked almonds
1 ripe banana
55 gr brandy
1 gr ginger
1 gr nutmeg
1/2 mixed spice
120 gr flour
90 gr shortening
90 ml water
12 cm circles
200 gas

Instructions

tin once they are solid. Mincemeat will keep for 1 week covered in the fridge. Makes 36 pies
