Venison Barbecue

Ingredients

3 venison roast
240 ml ketchup
8 gr salt
30 ml worcestershire sauce
60 ml vinegar
14 gr butter
1 gr cinnamon
3 lemon
1 onion
1 gr allspice

Instructions

Sear 3 pound roast of venison in frying pan. Mix remaining ingredients in saucepan and bring mixture to boil, stirring to avoid burning, and simmer 10 minutes. Cover venison with the sauce and roast in moderate oven (350 degrees F). Cook 1.5 to 2 hours turning occasionally.
