Venison-Deer Swiss Steak
Ingredients
some dredge your meat in
800 gr venison
65 gr flour
1 gr salt
5 ml dry mustard
1 gr black pepper
1 bacon grease
1 slice bacon
1 package stewed tomatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
350 ml beer
16 ml worcestershire sauce
1 gr marjoram
475 ml beef bouillon
14 gr brown sugar
1 salt
3 hrs until meat is tender
