Vera's Mince Meat
Ingredients
1,100 gr beef
650 gr pork
650 gr raisins
1 1/2 apples
525 gr apricots
475 gr peaches
1/4 citron
5 gr cinnamon
1 spice
325 gr brown sugar
250 gr cider
Instructions
Grind and mix all ingredients together. Simmer two hours. Can and seal.
