1 garlic clove 1 gr coarse salt 2 ml dijon mustard 10 ml lemon juice 60 ml olive oil 5 ml wine vinegar 1 gr pepper
Instructions
Mash the garlic and salt together in a small bowl, with the back of a spoon. Stir in the mustard and lemon juice. Whisk in the olive oil, vinegar, and pepper. Makes about one third cup.
